Please allow 24 - 48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 2-14 business days excluding holidays.
Tracking numbers will be updated 2-3 business days after your order has been SHIPPED.

Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 7 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

Most items can be returned. (Learn more about our return policy) or start return in your account once you receive the item.

Use these steps to see if the item or order is still in a Processing status and request a cancellation.

1. In the upper-right corner of Trecela.com page, click the MY ACCOUNT icon.

2. Select RECENT ORDERS/ ORDER HISTORY

3. Click Cancel to the item you wish to attempt to cancel.

 If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfilment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 2-14 business days. Longer times if shipped from other than the US.

United States Shipping:

Orders over $50 will have free shipping.

Orders under $50 will be charged $5 for shipping. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

World Wide Shipping:

Orders over $150 will have free shiping.

Orders under $150 will be charged $25 for shipping. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal. 

Note: that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Credit, Debit, ATM, or Check Cards

If you placed your order with a credit card, debit card, ATM card, or check card, your financial institution will place an authorization on your payment method until the order ships. This appears as a pending charge on your account, and the amount varies by financial institution. Usually, you'll see these charges range from $1.00 to the full amount of the order.

If you used PayPal as your payment, your total is deducted as soon as you place your order.

 You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting Trecela.com We send an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships, which you can use to check its progress.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@trecela.com. In order to process the return, you must provide a picture of your package or a picture of your product. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping fee. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Estimated processing time for returns: 1–3 business days.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
